Nelly Furtado Premieres New Video For “Spirit Indestructible”

Are you ready for a brand new video from Nelly Furtado? Well ready or not here it is, the freshly premiered visuals for “Spirit Indestructible” and before you see it, get ready for an amazing trip from the top of the mountains to the ocean shore and a lot more. “Spirit Indestructible” serves as the second single, but also title track of the Canadian singer’s upcoming fifth studio album, “The Spirit Indestructible”, scheduled for release on September 18th, 2012! Despite the fact that Nelly’s previous hit, “Big Hoops” plummeted (guess Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe” adds sooooo much value to the music industry, that there was no more room for Nelly), Interscope Records are determined to bring back the Nelly Furtado era, hence the intensive publicity on her and the new clip for “Spirit Indestructible”.

Of course, Nelly looks just as stunning as she always does, and if you take a second look at the clip, we think you might get the impression that we’re back in the good old days, when she used to sing “I’m Like a Bird”. The clip was shot in the midst of nature: on the top of snowy mountains, and next to a bonfire on the beach, in order to heat us up. The whole new video is very ‘greenish’, and spiritual just like one would expect from Nelly.
